Job Description
Accounting Clerk
Location:Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
Perform data entry and update accounting information in QuickBooks
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Assist with accounts-related administrative tasks
Maintain organized electronic and physical files
Support office staff with daily clerical and operational needs
Prepare and organize documentation and reports as requested
Assist with general accounting and office functions as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
QuickBooks experience required
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or administrative support preferred
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
Professional communication and customer service abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
